“You might imagine that manually cleaning kitchen hoods over 100 feet high is a costly and challenging endeavour. We commissioned NU-Barbados to test their unique bio-technology on our most challenging hood and the results convinced us to convert all of our dry hoods to their automated bio-degreasing systems. NU-Vent creates a bio film along the full length of the hood that continuously bio-degrades the grease. This avoids build up which would otherwise occur between manual cleaning.”
